Session Outline: Mind-Body-Spirit Gratitude Flow

  1. Intent Setting (2 minutes): Invite participants to sit comfortably on their mats and set their intentions for the session. This could be a focus on relaxation, stress relief, or any personal goal they wish to achieve.
  2. Warm-up (5 minutes): Begin with gentle stretches and deep breathing exercises to prepare the body and mind for the practice.
