Bonds of Love: From Farm to Forever

At My Grandparents' Farm it was for me much more than Land; it was a Sanctuary of unity and wonder with Love. There, nature's gentle touch shaped my very being, from whispered starlit conversations to the steadfast companionship of Trees and Animals. Today, my love for the earth remains steadfast. Each dawn, I commune with plants, sharing tender gestures of affection, while Hummingbirds, Bees, and Dragonflies join our symphony of existence. Rain and Sun stand as allies in my reflections, and as twilight falls, I find solace in the rhythmic dance with the Moon. In these sacred moments, I am reminded of my place in the Universe—a fragment of a larger whole, where the "Mana" within thrives amidst timeless harmony. Namaste🙏✨💜☮️

As an Empath with Compassion...

When I was little girl, I vividly recall assisting my Grandma on the farm. The simple joy of tending to the Animals and tidying their spaces filled me with warmth. However, there was a moment that pierced my Soul and remains etched in my memory like it was just yesterday. It was when my Grandma prepared one of the Animals for our next meal. The sheer terror and desperate struggle for life, echoed through their cries for help, left an indelible mark on my heart.

From that moment on, I couldn't shake the overwhelming empathy I felt for these creatures. None of them wished to become a mere meal, and their distress reverberated within me. As the dish was placed on the table, I found myself unable to partake, tears welling in my eyes. My connection with these animals runs deep, rooted in a profound love that sees them as cherished beings, much like myself, from as early an age as I can remember.

From being a "Vegetarian"

Listening to the needs of the Body from the Heart is akin to making a conscious choice. Feeling the high vibrations of energy that resonate with the environment and being aware of what is better to maintain health in kindness, Mentally, Physically and Spiritually. In fact, we know that very young Children, especially those aged 0-7, are still deeply connected to the Spiritual Realm of imagination innocence and pure love.

Being Vegetarian refers to abstaining from eating flesh, meat, or fish, as well as eggs, while including dairy products such as milk, cheese, butter, and yogurt. This practice is especially accepted in Indian respected Tradition, as The Sacred Cow is revered, asking for permission, and generously giving her milk to share with the Family.

Mother Nature offers all principles described in "Ayurveda" for the highest good of wellness, maintaining the human body as an extraordinary functioning engineering marvel.

What is to be "Vegan"?

The term 'VEGAN' encompasses anything free from animal products: food, beverages, clothing, shoes, home furniture, car seats, as well as items like soap, shampoo, detergent, and cosmetics that are made without animal testing. Veganism is not merely a fashion trend; it is a clear Philosophy, a conscious Lifestyle choice. It embodies a commitment to non-violence, known as 'Ahimsa,' which is an ancient Indian principle of non-harming or non-injury towards all living beings. Veganism aligns with a consciousness of light and love inherent in Divine Creation." Namaste

Participating in the reduction of climate temperatures, preserving soil for the planet, minimizing carbon emissions, preventing animal mistreatment and eliminating cruelty in slaughter practices, avoiding risks to human health, reducing environmental footprints—including water usage in agriculture—and overall striving for sustainability.

In this boundless journey of existence, I am blessed with an overflow of love—to cherish myself, extend compassion to animals, nurture our planet, and foster connections with fellow humans—all in the pursuit of global well-being. Nature, in its magnificence, graciously provides everything we require. A bountiful assortment of vegetables and fruits, brimming with essential nutrients and vitalizing vitamins, serves as the cornerstone of our sustenance, nurturing not only our bodies but also our minds and spirits, ensuring a vibrant vitality that reverberates through every aspect of our being.

Throughout history, luminaries and visionaries, including esteemed figures such as Plato, revered Hippocrates, sagacious Pythagoras, noble Marcus Aurelius, ingenious Leonardo Da Vinci, venerable Albert Einstein, profound Leo Tolstoy, visionary Steve Jobs, and compassionate Jane Goodall, along with cultural icons like "The Beatles" Paul McCartney, comedian Ricky Gervais, and the deeply compassionate Joaquin Phoenix, as well as Comedian-Host Ellen DeGeneres and Actress Natalie Portman, and even leaders like President George Washington, Martin Luther King Jr., Nelson Mandela, and Mahatma Gandhi, have illuminated the path of compassion and empathy towards all sentient beings. They recognized the intrinsic value of every life form and understood that consuming animal products perpetuates untold suffering, disrupting the natural harmony of our Universe.

As sentient beings, we possess the profound capacity to glean wisdom and insights, transcending mere intellect to connect deeply with the heart's compassion. We acknowledge the universal truth that every living creature yearns for the chance to thrive and flourish. Indeed, no creature willingly sacrifices its flesh for our sustenance. Thus, we stand at a pivotal crossroads, empowered to honor this innate desire for life by embracing the transformative power of a compassionate Vegan lifestyle.

In this collective awakening, we forge a path of harmony and reverence for all life forms, embodying a legacy of compassion that enriches not only our own lives but also the tapestry of our shared existence. Together, let us walk this path with humility and grace, fostering a world where love and kindness flourish abundantly, nourishing the very essence of our being and illuminating the path towards a brighter, more compassionate future for all.

My heartfelt message

I embrace Veganism because of Ahimsa, an ancient Indian principle of nonviolence that transcends diet to encompass all aspects of life. It dictates what we wear, what we use, and how we interact with and treat all living beings, including our precious Mother Earth and the vast Universe. For me, it begins within; I cannot fathom inviting negative vibrations of death into my Body, Mind, or Soul.

"Like the small squirrel striving to extinguish a fire by transporting water in a hazelnut, each of us plays our part, doing our utmost. Love guides my choices, leading me to live with peace, respect, and harmony toward all beings and elements, unified with Nature and the Animal Kingdom.


Matthieu Ricard, a Neuroscientist and Tibetan Monk close to The Dalai Lama, has been given the title 'the happiest man in the world.' As a bestselling Author, he said laughing, 'When I transmute to the Spirit Realm, all my Animal friends are waiting for me to welcome my compassionate life for them!' 

I recommend one of his books, 'A Plea for the Animals.' Because it is absolutely evident that every Cow and Pig just wants to be happy, you should see them jumping on the grass and happy to listen to classic music too. Every Chicken just wants to be free. Every Bear, Dog, or Mouse experiences sorrow and feels pain as intensely as any of us Humans do. In a compelling appeal to reason and Human kindness, Matthieu Ricard here takes the arguments from his best-sellers Altruism and Happiness to their logical conclusion: that compassion toward all beings, including our fellow Animals, is a moral obligation and the direction toward which any enlightened society must aspire. He chronicles the appalling sufferings of the Animals we eat, wear, and use for adornment or “entertainment,” and submits every traditional justification for their exploitation to scientific evidence and moral scrutiny. What arises is an unambiguous and powerful ethical imperative for treating all of the Animals with whom we share this planet with respect and compassion.
