“I’M SORRY, PLEASE FORGIVE ME, THANK YOU, I LOVE YOU”, I am Grateful!

Normal Nalamaku Simeona

Ho'Oponopono Hawaiian Teaching for forgiveness.

Kumu Sabra Kauka explain Ho'Opoopono

Kumu Sabra Kauka, a respected Hawai’ian elder, historian, educator, and activist, speaks about Ho’oponopono, the Hawai’ian tradition of forgiveness and healing.

"To forgive is greater than bearing blame and moving forward," Kauka asserts. "Only through forgiveness can we ascend to higher ground."

Understanding Ho'Opoopono

The term Ho'oponopono carries the meaning of "bringing things back into balance" or "making things right" for the sake of peace. In the Maori Hawaiian language, "pono" signifies balance, particularly in the context of life. When things are in balance, there is harmony and nothing is out of alignment. This age-old Hawaiian forgiveness practice serves as both a framework for reconciliation and a tool for nurturing self-love and restoring balance.

Mornah Nalamaku Simeona (May 19, 1913 – February 11, 1992)

Mornah Nalamaku Simeona was a notable Hawaiian kahuna (spiritual leader) known for her role in reviving and spreading the practice of Ho'oponopono, a traditional Hawaiian healing and reconciliation technique.

Chanting for Peace of Mind & Heart

Many individuals grappling with forgiveness, both for themselves and others, often discover solace in the ancient and profoundly healing practice originating from Hawaii. This mantra serves as a potent method for purging the body and mind of guilt, shame, lingering memories, ill will, and negative emotions that tend to trap the mind in a cycle of negativity.

Ihaleakala Hew Len PhD. And Ho`Oponopono

The amazing story...

Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len is legendary. He achieved something truly extraordinary by using Ho'oponopono to heal every patient in the criminally insane ward of a Hawaii State Hospital, despite never personally meeting any of them. This remarkable tale underscores the profound potential of Ho'oponopono as a healing and transformative practice.

All is possible...

In a matter of months, patients once shackled found freedom, medications were discontinued, and even seemingly hopeless cases were reintegrated into society through Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len's extraordinary use of Ho'oponopono. This incredible transformation speaks to the power of this Hawaiian practice.

Trust and Faith...

Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len discovered that through the powerful process of forgiveness and release in Ho'oponopono, individuals can clear their subconscious blocks, allowing destiny and desire to guide them towards their true life goals. This practice helps remove deeply ingrained beliefs, thoughts, and memories that may be unconsciously hindering personal growth and success.

Universal needs..

In Ho'oponopono, the process begins with the acknowledgment of wrongdoing or negative experiences, which is a way of recognizing and addressing the associated feelings. This acknowledgment is a crucial step that allows individuals to eventually find the capacity to forgive themselves or others.

True forgiveness

True forgiveness involves the recognition of a problem and a conscious decision to let go. When practiced effectively, it can be incredibly liberating, as if an invisible burden has been lifted.

Historically, Ho'oponopono served as a communal reconciliation practice for divided families, known as Ohana, emphasizing the importance of healing and restoring harmony within the family unit.

In healing process

In the contemporary world, Ho'oponopono continues to be a valuable meditation practice for forgiveness, aiding individuals in managing hurt and resentment towards others. Furthermore, it can be applied more broadly to self-healing.

For those burdened by guilt, it provides a simple means of self-comfort during moments of emotional distress and self-doubt.

Practice Ho'Oponopono for Self-healing

Please follow these steps:

  1. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.
  2. Repeatedly say the following phrases to yourself, about 7 or 8 times: "I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you... I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you..."
  3. Conclude by allowing a few moments of silence to let the message resonate within you.
  4. Open your eyes.

This practice can evoke various feelings and sensations, ranging from relief and lightness to a sense of inner peace and emotional cleansing. People often find it helps them let go of negative emotions and foster self-compassion. Watch the video and follow the voice of Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. Namaste
